Absolutely MAGNIFICENT
Looks Czech to me
Brass, highly detailed, casket / trinket box, beautiful, multi faceted, bezel set jeweled stones (probably glass)
Has 4 ball feet on bottom
Opens and closes as it should
Box is surrounded with copious amounts of bezel set stones in different shapes and colors, ruby red, emerald green, peridot green, sapphire blue, and purple amethyst, and lots of ormolu decor
Inside bottom is covered in fabric
A showpiece for your vanity
Nice patina on the brass
Box has not been altered or cleaned in any way since I purchased it
Wonderful condition with the exception of a teeny tiny indentation on the side, you can see it in pic # 5 & pic # 8
Please expect normal wear commensurate with the age of the piece
