Vintage Nippon Hand-painted Vase with Lake and Swan Motif

Description

This is a beautiful Nippon double-handled vase that stands 7 ¼” in height and measures approximately 5 ¼” in width, including handles.
It has a bisque finish and is hand-decorated with a unique marbleized design on the lower half and a pretty hand-painted lake and swan scene on the uppermost part of the vase.
Black
moriage-outlined trees and bright gold moriage beading and trim further enhance the beauty of this vase.  It is marked on the base with the blue “Hand Painted Nippon” pagoda ink stamp.  Despite some manufacturing flaws and slight wear to the gold trim, this lovely Nippon vase is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or any evidence of damage.
