Nicely illustrated including the 'new' Cliff House, Gold Gate Park, Mission Dolores, Buffalo herds, Japanese Tea Gardens, Chinese Quarter and interior shot of the Southern Pacific Office in Palace Hotel / railroad map.
Slight thumb crease / bubble at right edge. Clean covers and interior - the color a yellowish green and difficult to photograph. Very nice example of a hard to find Panama Pacific Expo tour guide.
