This change machine was replaced with a new 00 machine I installed at a laundromat where I provide service to in Bristol, RI.  The laundromat owner did not want to wait for this machine to be repaired and offered it to me in payment for installation of the new machine they purchased.  I found that the bill validator, heart of this machine, had failed and needed to be replaced.
After validator replacement this unit was put back in service at another local laundromat where it proved to work fine for over a month.  I am confident selling this machine.  I have opted to sell this locally so potential buyers can come by and see for themselves that this is a quality machine worth the 0 I am asking.
However if shipping is a must I am willing to mount the unit on a pallet so a buyer can arrange pickup at my storage unit.  I can suggest shippers willing to do this and provide an estimate.  I would just need to know the shipping address.
The 0 price is 1/3 that of the same new.  One third new price is what I normally ask for for good proven used equipment.  OEM and aftermarket parts are available for this model at reasonable prices.
I also have a floor mount pedestal if the unit is to be floor mounted rather than wall mount this unit.   Buyer need only pay additional shipping cost if not picked up.
