Panama Pacific International Exposition PPIE Official Miniature View Book

From a recent estate sale is an Official Miniature View Book from the 1915 Panama Pacific International Exposition. The book measures about 4" by 6" and has 70 views in black and white. The staples have rusted and you can see some discoloration from that. There is a crease on the front cover top corner and this crease is also on the next 3 pages. There is a little edge wear to the book and a dot of something black on the back cover. No writing or loose pages.
