This pin features Dale (from "Chip 'n Dale") as a dangle for the New Year. Hyoutan is very auspicious. It is written to Hyoutan as Kotobuki. Kotobuki is the character used when auspicious.
    It was released on December 13th, 2003. The Disney pin is in brand new excellent condition. The backer card and plastic covering show wear.
