This is what we
also building besides the motorcycle carry-all racks. This trailer platform is 36" wide x 48" long with all LED lights, Heim coupling system (no slop in the coupling like with a ball connector), half torsion axles & 6 ply 4.80-12 tires with a spare. This trailer weighs 230 pounds and has been pulled up to 105 mph with it staying straight behind the bike with no issues and was tested pulling it to Bike Week in March, 2024 to Daytona, Florida from Texas. Warranty is 2 years on workmanship and parts and comes with both 5 flat pin wiring connectors. Shipping can be arranged if needed, but I have no idea on a shipping charge because the trailer will arrive completely built. There is nothing else for you to do except hook on and go. If you do not have a Heim coupler, we will build one for you to pull your trailer with at no extra cost. This trailer is not the Mickey-Mouse Harbor Freight or Northern Tool trailer using leaf springs or another brand of trailers that sells for 00.00 and is manufactured in China, then sold thru a company in the USA on the lower East coast...shipped to you in a box and then you get to assemble it. Our trailers are ready to go. This trailer and future trailers are being built in Texas...about 7 miles North of Godley Texas. Local pickup is recommended as we will have the heim coupler for your bike or trike and you can pull it home. Our trailers are not cheap or cheaply built and all come with LED lights, Heim coupler system, (3) 4.80-12/6 ply tires on white spoke wheels, half torsion axles with buddy bearings and painted with an oil based paint to last for years thru the elements of different weather. The half torsion axles come with the hubs, bearings and buddy bearings and they are not cheap...almost 5.00 delivered but your trailer is not going to bounce like a trailer with leaf springs. The aluminum boxes are lockable, and waterproof powder coated black or polished aluminum (silver) with 2 keys and are 10" x 12" x 20" long, 10" x 13" x 30" long or the tongue top is 13" x 13" x 30" long. We will bolt the aluminum box(s) down for you using stainless steel hardware if you ask.
Pickup is recommended, but we will ship it if you pay shipping. Most likely since it is a complete trailer, it will ship as freight and probably be pretty expensive.
Our standard LED lights are bright, but our super LED lights are almost blinding. Add .00 to the price listing if you want the super bright LED lights.
