This power supply transformer will work on all these brand chairs
This is a lift chair power supply transformer replacement for lift chairs with an motor commonly found in numerous lift chairs brands such as Action, Berkline, Comfort Chair, Golden, Lazy Boy, Med-Lift, Mega Motion, Pride, and others.
It has a battery backup on the bottom of power supply(see pictures).
It requires (2) 9-volt batteries (batteries not included) for the backup system to function.
It
includes the cord from the power supply to 110-volt wall outlet.
It
does not
include cord from the chair to the power supply, this cord should be attached to motor.
