Lidded Jar Trinket Dish Green and Gold Accents Fire Design Nippon Vintage

Description

Beautiful Nippon hexagon shaped lidded jar trinket dish with red rust colored fire design green and gold accents.  Approx 3-3/4" in height to top of lid, approx 2-1/4" in height without lid, approx 3" across top, approx 2" depth, approx 3" across bottom, approx 4" wide at widest point.  There are some signs of age/use/wear.  No chips or cracks.  Some color/enamel fade/loss in areas.  A few brown age spots.  Some wear on the bottom base.  Some wear where the lid and bottom meet.  A few imperfections in the porcelain, just the way the piece was made and age.  Some pitting on the bottom.  The inside is quite clean.  All shown in pictures.  A beautiful vintage Nippon jewelry holder, trinket dish, lidded jar with green and gold trim with flowers, red rust fire design and an elegant lace like design on lid and sides of jar.  Bottom is marked in a bluish green, teal color Nippon with a T in a circle inside a diamond shape with overlapping ends with flowered wreath and bow, a picture of mountains, Hand Painted in a banner.  Sold as is.
