This is for (1) 6 Key VSI Joystick Keypad
This is a replacement keypad used on 6 key VSI joystick contollers made by PG Drives Technology. This keypad will fit on a variety of joysticks.
These keypads are used on the following wheelchair joysticks: Pride, Jazzy, Jet, Hoveround, Shoprider, and Merits and many others. It comes with peel-off self stick on backing made by 3M. After removing your old keypad, clean off old glue and wipe all flat area and contacts with rubbing alcohol, let air dry and remove backing from new keypad and adhere to cleaned area.
