DESCRIPTION:
Large, ornate vintage  jewelry casket / trinket box.
Heart shaped on 4 legs.  Gilt cast metal and pressed brass frame with small flower baskets in the design.  Hinged heart shaped lid with beveled colorless clear glass window secured in a pronged bezel.  Red velvet upholstered interior bottom.  Hand crafted.  All original.
Manufacturer's marks:  none found.  In the style of Stylebuilt, Matson, etc.
Presumed circa 1960s.  Country of origin unknown.
CONDITION:
This box is in excellent all original condition.  No damages and no significant wear.  No restorations or touch ups.
No missing parts.  No replaced or non original parts.
No dings, dents, bends, breaks, cracks, flakes, losses.  No significant scratches or rubs.  No corrosion or significant oxidation.
Bright and shiny.  Very clean inside and out.  No cigarette residues or odors.
The hinge is in good functional condition with no issues.
All of the bezel prongs are intact with no issues.
