This pin shows Chip & Dale riding on a Carp Streamer or “Koi nobori.” Koi nobori is the traditional decoration used for a Japanese boy's festival on May 5th. This pin is made to be mounted on the pin base of Pin 21690.
Pin is in good traded condition having been kept in a padded case. NO CARD
Please understand that traded pins can have scuffing, scratching, post bends, fading etc.
I will do my best to describe any serious issue with the pins if I see an obvious defect.
