Superb WW1 Royal Navy Officer’s Dress Sword Belt and Hangers Mint.
In all original pristine mint condition and made by premier naval accoutrements manufacturer Gillott & Hasell of London and Portsmouth, this KGV Royal Navy Officer’s Parade Dress Sword Belt & Hangers has double rows of

gold wire braide mounted on black patent leather backing both on the belt and hangers.
The high quality gilt brass buckle depicting a fouled anchor surmounted by a King Edward’s Crown as used during WW1, is in pristine mint condition and still displays its frosted highlights, likewise the belt and hanger’s brass fittings are also in pristine mint all original condition indicating absolute minimal use.
The belt and hanger’s black patent leather is also in pristine mint all original condition, with the interior of the belt having the embossed gold gilt makers’ logo ‘ Gillott & Hasell London & Portsmouth ‘ with the Royal Coat of Arms.
The belt is adjustable, as are the sword hangers, and presently the sword belt is 35.5 long x 1.5 inches wide, with the two sword hangers being 29.5 and 16.5 inches in length respectively.
