    Description

    8x10 oval framed (Glass/Metal) Picture " Fathers on The Water by Jay T. Last Collection of Graphics Art Society.  Wimar, Carl, 1828-1862, artist.  Image of five Native American Indian men traveling on a raft along a river; one is seated holding a rifle, three men pole the raft along the water, and the last man stands in the center wearing a feathered headdress; a box and a barrel advertising Anheuser-Busch are the only cargo on the raft.
    There is no date on it but has the owners name Glenn on the back.  There is some of the black paper flacking of the back.  I bought it at an Estate Auction and everything in the house went back to the 1970's time period or earlier.  There are to chips, cracks or scratches on the item.  It has very nice colors to it, would make a nice peace for the Beer collectors.
